De Uitdaging ...
Moet u regelmatig meerkanaals pipetten testen om zeker te weten dat zij binnen de gedefinieerde toleranties werken? Dient u te kalibreren volgens ISO8655 of andere voorschriften?
Zou u in staat willen zijn een snelle controle uit te voeren voor het gebruik van een belangrijke taak, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en precisie van de pipet essentieel is? Vandaag de dag is het testen en kalibreren van een meerkanaals pipet, in overeenstemming met ISO8655, tijdrovend en geestdodend. Met een analytische balans kan het tot 6 uur in beslag nemen. Zelfs een snelle controle van slechts een paar kanalen duurt uren!
Daarom worden vele meerkanaals pipetten niet regelmatig goed getest en gekalibreerd, wat tot fouten kan leiden.

Het nieuwe MCP Multichannel Pipetkalibratie Werkstation van METTLER TOLEDO is een revolutionair systeem. Doordat het zeer compact en ongeëvenaard in snelheid is, zal het een 12-kanaals pipet in slechts 14 minuten, in overeenstemming met ISO8655 kalibreren! En de uitvoering van een snelle controle van vier metingen per kanaal duurt slechts 6 minuten.
Het Multichannel Pipetten Kalibratiewerkstation is verkrijgbaar met een compacte transportkoffer en weegt slechts 13 kg – een waarlijk draagbare oplossing. Dankzij zijn modulair ontwerp kunnen vijf MCP werkstations – voor ongekende productiviteit – parallel met elkaar verbonden worden.
De MCP4 of MCP5 zijn ideaal voor een hoge verwerkingscapaciteit bij de kalibratie van pipetten. Als het op het uitvoeren van snelle controles aankomt, zijn de MCP1, MCP2 of MCP3 de ideale oplossing. Niet in de laatste plaats heeft een enkel MCP Werkstation niet meer tafelruimte nodig dan een analytische balans.

A perfect system
The MCP workstation is designed for various applications. For calibration labs providing full pipette calibration. For QC labs, ensuring that all pipettes used in the company always give precise results as well as for pipette users who want to make sure that they are working within defined limits. The MCP workstation allows on-site tests, as it comes with a compact transport case and weighs only 13 kg - a truly portable solution.

Precise, ergonomic and compact
The MCP105 metering unit comprises a balance with a resolution of 0.01 mg and a transport system which places the 12 liquid containers one after another on the balance. The MCP system is a rapid, flexible and compact instrument, which is unique in its design, for calibrating and testing single-channel and multi-channel pipettes. An MCP system comprises one to five automatic weighing machines which are connected to a PC. The expandability of the pipette calibration instrument therefore offers the greatest flexibility and is readily adapted to your requirements.

Modular design
Thanks to its modular design, the MCP can be readily adapted to your requirements. The MCP1-S, MCP2 or MCP3 workstations are a cost-effective solution for performing quick checks. The MCP4 and MCP5 workstations are ideal for high throughput pipette calibration. The system grows with your needs, which protects your investment and guarantees an optimum return on investment (ROI).

Calibration time and Return/Payback
An experienced individual needs an estimated 5 hours to calibrate a 12-channel pipette according to ISO 8655 using a traditional balance. With just a single unit (MCP1-S), the time required for calibration is reduced to 59 minutes. With five connected units (MCP5), the necessary time drops to 14 minutes. 20 times faster than manual processing! Depending on the model selected, the return on investment (ROI) is reached between 26 and 15 days, or 209 to 510 calibrations.

Easy to use
Calibry, the advanced control and data management software in accordance with 21CFR Part 11, makes the MCP extremely easy to use. Errors are reduced to give greater measurement accuracy. The software is available for stand-alone workstations and in a network version. It allows calibration according to ISO 8655 and data storage for several thousand pipettes.

Independent of location
MCP is supplied complete with all components in a robust carrying case. This provides the system with optimum protection and it can easily be taken with you to customers.
